showering love on eden

I'm in Vancouver right now ... a week with my sister, her hubby and their two girls. Time to play and catch up with funny Isla and the chance to meet little 3 week old Eden Cate for the first time. A week away from my two boys, to enjoy these two girls ... and for the little bit of work I'm doing here, I'm also taking the time to relax and to take a break from my usual schedule at home. (I read three quarters of my fat book yesterday all afternoon and evening, determined to read to the last page. Which I did, at 12:30 am. And it was p-e-r-f-e-c-t.)

Eden is gorgeous. And so petite and girly. And so good and cute even when she cries. I think I might love her. We enjoyed her baby shower on Sunday, while our Mum was still in town, and it was great to have Bethany's friends and some of our family join us to welcome little Eden and to shower her with a little bit of extra love.

Welcome to the family, Eden, we can't wait to watch you and Isla grow up together!
