canada's first crop

My girlfriend Carol surprised me Sunday afternoon with a bag of freshly picked rhubarb - I love to be gifted with garden goods! Immediately I ran right to my cookbooks to see what new treat I could make and we've been dessert-ing on Strawberry Rhubarb Pie yesterday and today as a result ::: delicious! Anna Olson hasn't failed me yet and this first-of-summer recipe was again a winner.
