I'm heading out to a movie night tonight with the girls (apparently a "crier" so I'm bringing my slippers and some kleenex!) but I realized I forgot to blog this photo from the weekend as I planned. It was a night of lots of food and lots of gab celebrating Amy's 30th birthday ... you can never go wrong with a combination like that ... food and friends. We've lived here over two years now and one thing I can honestly say ... I'm so thankful for my friends here. It wasn't until this past January that I started feeling a part of the group (some pictured here, but quite a few missing) and what a difference this fall has been, having our second baby in two years, with the support and care of these girls. Plus the simple fun of our regular Girls Coffee Nights Out, where once again we seem to find out way too much about each other's lives! I do miss my "old" friends and my "always" friends, ever so much, but how wonderful it's been to have found some new, good friends.

friends are so important - I can totally understand why you feel the way you do. I have a great circle of friends too and I am so blessed by them.
what was the movie? how was it? I would love to catch a good 'chick flick' sometime soon ...
