second daughters need parties too

Last night's double baby shower was perfect. Both the Mamas, Ashley and Melissa, felt spoiled and treated to a night out and the sweet baby girls, Tatum and Shea, were happily passed from arm to arm for snuggles and admiration. Just as it should be. Tatum is over 4 months old, though really she is equivalent to only a month old as she was born 3 months early and is now thankfully home and healthy. Little Shea is almost 3 months old and is looking more and more like her older sister every day! These are second daughters for both my friends but we partied it up as if they were firsts, that's for sure! Lots of pink and bunnies and chocolate milk and flowers and balloons and yummy, yummy food ... we all had a really, really wonderful time together.

{Big thank you to Sam for doing the lion's share with the boys the past few days while I baked and baked and organized! I couldn't have done any of this without him ... planning for big events is sooo different now with kids!}
