We took the big boys to our friends Pat and Brian's farm yesterday ... to see some real live egg-laying-boot-pecking chickens and splashing-honking-wandering geese. It took awhile for Henry and Walter to warm up to both Pat and Brian
and the hens but once settled in they didn't want to leave that henhouse for nothing! The brown hens were lovely, the brown eggs were plentiful, and the visit with our old friends was a nice Saturday morning treat. Next farm experience sometime this summer ... up to the Taylor farm for some up close and personal time with a couple hundred dairy cows! (
They will love that!)

That is quite the worried look on Walter's face, but so cute. Love the egg picture. Nice color contrast. Kim DeEll
Looks like a fun morning! We're looking forward to seeing you up at the farm this summer and taking the boys on tractor rides!
Those boys are born and raised in Saskatchewan - by birth they know the difference between brown dirt and brown eggs. No doubt Brian and Pat asked them for a little advice! Great shots Cass.
I love these photos. looks like such fun! We are wanting to visit a farm one of these days soon. A farm stay would be fun! The boys are so cute!
