back in the saddle again, creatively speaking

My craft/work table has been a sad, sorry state of chaos and neglect since Henry was born as scrapbooking and other paper projects have certainly been the last thing on my to-do list! Still, recently, I was able to sneak in a few minutes here and there ... mainly propelled by the desire to mail off some homemade thank you cards before his first birthday rolled around! I had an idea ... to have Henry wear his thank yous ... and so the search was on. I found what I was looking for, a custom order from this etsy store, and I loved how it turned out! My girlfriend Caro also welcomed her second daughter, Lucy Aldyth, to the family and so I had lots of fun putting together this very girly-girl pink and green card. Now on to Christmas cards - an important 'must' for me each year! - but neither homemade or fancy or professional ... I'll feel satisfied to just slip in a family photo to the cards I bought at Pharmasave!
