books make them happy too!

As a surprise after bathtime, I pulled out our basket of Christmas books tonight for the boys. Most of our stash has been from my sister Bethany, as she started with Boy #1 to give him (and then his brothers too) a Christmas book every year. I love this tradition. And I love my sister a wee bit more for thinking of it in the first place. Give me a good book and I'm a happy girl ... and I'm so relieved that so far our children are eager bookworms. So this basket of Christmas books was pretty exciting for them too! I know what we'll be doing lots of tomorrow ...

Also, Christmas jammies on little boys? They look delicious, don't they?

And tonight we scooped up the last bit of baby formula forever. For-ev-er, people. I could dance a jig.
