Everything's coming together really well and it's exciting to watch the men
build up the rooms again. The insulation {first for this house!} and drywall are being carefully fitted into each room and with that step the rooms are shrinking again to their original sizes ... no more open walls and no more niggly thoughts of just simply living in a completely open concept.
Completely impractical though but how nice it felt to have such wide open spaces, even for this short time. Sam and his dad have been working non-stop for 14 days in a row now and they've done such an amazing job - we'll always look back on this father-son project fondly as we tiptoe over non-squeaky floors day after day and feel the warmth of the house even in the middle of a bitter Saskatchewan winter.

The current view from the master bedroom.

The baby's room - finished first and put together with alot of love.

Working on the office, almost to the end of another 10 hour day.

A well deserved dinner out ... and even a fun drink for Mumma!
