A little boy once lived here, of that I'm sure, and I wonder what he thought of his home - this house on the hill. Sam found these two old playtoys while clearing out and busting through the attic floor and we wondered how long they had been in hiding there. Two wonderful mementos from our renovation and they will certainly be a perfect addition to our own child's room, tucked up on a high shelf between books and other treasures ... perhaps the room of another little boy?

i agree. that is so cool to have found that toy sailboat and car (neat). the worst of the renos are behind you...maybe? hope so looks like your father-in-law and Sam know exactly what they are doing!
