Bethany and Isla are on their way tomorrow and we've had such a great time having them here. Henry's really enjoyed having someone his age and size to play with ... though he's just not too sure about the level of enthusiasm that Isla splashes in the tub, dear little tenderheart that he is! It's been fun trying to coordinate nap times, break up toy-grabbing battles, keep their fingers out of each other's eyes, and attempt to capture a smile on
both their faces at the same time during pictures ... yes, it's been very fun. We took them to the park on Saturday as well and Henry was able to go for a swing for the first time and as you can see by the look on his face while in mid-flight,
he absolutely loved it!
Next visit will be in August when Henry gets to have his first sleepover at Cousin Isla's house while Sam and I enjoy a few days on the Sunshine Coast for our friends' wedding ... and am I ever looking forward to that! Both the wedding and the 'just us' time again. And, oh, hopefully a sleep-in .... Please, just one sleep-in before the next baby arrives!
Thanks so much for coming, Bethany and Isla, we will miss you.

It's Henry & Isla at Corner Gas playground! So nice to have some good weather for all of you - and the two cousins are having a great time to get to know each other! Glad the two moms had the opportunity to spend time together too.
Cousins are so much fun! One day you'll get to the stage where they just go off and play with each other and you won't have to worry about them for at least an hour...
